Berlin First Student Group ratified their contract on May 20, 2010 the
new unit consist of drivers, mechanics and dispatchers.

The current contract expired on June 30, 2010 we have asked for a 60 day extension. The next two contract negotiations are scheduled for July 28th and 29th at this point we still have several open articles. We will update after our meeting on the 29th.

All employees have received a copy of their new contract and the future of this company looks very promising whereas they have rehired all laid off employees and are currently hiring new employee.
The company secured new business with their customers.
